Hebe diosmifolia ‘Mauve’

Description:
Compact, evergreen New Zealand native shrub with fine, narrow, glossy green leaves and a neat, bushy growth habit. From spring through summer, it produces delicate spikes of soft mauve to lilac flowers that attract bees and other beneficial pollinators. Its tidy form and fine-textured foliage make it an excellent choice for borders, rockeries, containers, and low-maintenance landscapes.

Position:
Full sun to part shade. Performs best in a sunny, sheltered position but tolerates coastal conditions, wind, and light frost once established.

Soil:
Prefers well-drained soil and adapts to sandy, loamy, or lighter clay soils. Avoid consistently wet or poorly drained areas.

Care Tips:

• Protect young plants from severe frost in colder inland areas
