Native sedge with forms a compact, upright tuft of cinnamon-brown hair-like leaves. Fine tips are bleached and curled. Best in well-drained soils. Dramatic when mass-planted in a bed or border. Hardy to wind and cold conditions. Prefers full sun and tolerates a wide range of conditions.
