Description:
Elegant, clump-forming New Zealand native perennial with upright, sword-like green foliage that provides year-round structure and texture. In late spring to early summer, it produces masses of large, pure white, iris-like flowers held above the foliage, creating a striking display. The flowers are followed by attractive seed capsules that add further seasonal interest. Its graceful form and hardy nature make it an excellent choice for borders, mass planting, native gardens, and contemporary landscapes.

Position:
Full sun to part shade. Performs best in full sun for maximum flowering but tolerates light shade. Suitable for coastal gardens and tolerant of wind and light frost once established.
Soil:
Prefers fertile, well-drained soil but adapts to a wide range of soil types, provided drainage is good. Tolerates periods of dryness once established but performs best with consistent moisture.

Care Tips:
- Water regularly during establishment; once established it tolerates short dry periods
