Vigorous native climber with large, dark-green, glossy leaves. Creamy-white bell-shaped flowers autumn and winter and are popular with tuis. Plant in an area where roots are shaded from the sun, in moist, well drained soil, rich in compost.  Can be grown by the coast. Wind hardy. Protect from frost.
