Description:
Native tree with a distinctive tropical look. It features glossy, deeply lobed leaves that radiate in groups of five, giving the tree its common name. Juvenile plants have a distinctive juvenile form with long, narrow, and often spiny leaves, while mature trees have broader, palmate leaves. It produces small, creamy-white flowers in summer, followed by black berries that attract birds. Hardy and adaptable.
