Description:
Compact, evergreen New Zealand native shrub with a naturally dense, rounded growth habit and small, glossy bright green leaves. Its tidy form and fine-textured foliage make it an excellent choice for low hedging, borders, mass planting, or containers. In spring, mature plants may produce small, dark purple, honey-scented flowers that are tucked amongst the foliage. Hardy and easy to maintain, it provides year-round structure and colour in a wide range of New Zealand gardens.

Position:
Full sun to part shade. Performs best in full sun but tolerates light shade. Suitable for exposed and coastal sites once established.

Soil:

• Avoid prolonged waterlogging to maintain healthy root growth
